On a regular basis, organisations request us to make psychological assessments on individuals in high-risk or demanding positions. In these situations, we conduct background screenings and combine them with a psychological risk profile by testing the person involved. An assessment aims to take into consideration the person, the situational (job) demands and the environment in question. The profile is integrated with information obtained from the background screening. The approach is based on the idea that prevention of integrity breaches requires a framework of care and security.
