On a regular basis, organisations request us to make psychological assessments on individuals in high-risk or demanding positions. In these situations, we often cooperate with reliable licensed companies that conduct background screenings. Our job is to provide a psychological risk profile by testing the persons with instruments and thereby looking at the person, the situational job demands and the environment in question. The profile is integrated with information obtained from the background screening by the licensed company. On a regular basis, we conduct mental-checkups of the individual’s behaviour to assess their actual mental state. This approach has turned out to be very effective for sensitive positions, such as local governors/politicians, diplomats and managers.
