In our daily work we often deal with people whose behaviour causes serious problems and risks. However, in some cases the problem is not so much the behaviour of a single person, but the problem lies more broadly within the organisation.<\/p>\n

For example, a survey of employees may reveal the perception of undesirable behaviour such as discrimination or conduct disorder, and that people tend to feel unsafe at work. Themes such as work climate, organisational culture and management style become relevant and it can then be useful to find out about experiences and perceptions of groups of employees.<\/p>\n<\/div>
