The best way to achieve a sustainable safe workplace is to implement an expert team that strives for a proactive, problem-oriented and expert approach to reports and incidents. Problems must be identified early and actively addressed within the legal framework. The employees of this team are trained and work according to best practices and with standardised methods and techniques.<\/p>\n

Scientific studies show that there is generally little willingness among employees to report transgressive behaviour to the employer. This also applies to more serious incidents that occur in the workplace. In addition, experience shows that if concerning behaviour or incidents are reported to the employer, a structured and expert approach to the problem is often lacking, which means that in many cases the problem behaviour continues. A threat assessment team therefore also focuses on encouraging the willingness to report and providing expert guidance and advice to the reporter.<\/p>\n<\/div>
