Andre Simons is the Owner and Principal of Bright Line Risk Management, a U.S.-based consulting firm focused on behavioral threat assessment and targeted violence prevention. He brings nearly three decades of federal and private-sector experience supporting organizations facing complex threat, safety, and duty-of-care challenges.

Andre retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation after serving as a certified profiler in the Behavioral Analysis Unit and as a senior leader within the FBI’s Behavioral Threat Assessment Center. His work has included active shooter prevention, communicated threats, fixation and stalking behaviors, and real-time crisis consultation. He regularly advises leadership, legal, HR, and security teams on high-risk cases and defensible threat management practices.
