During this two-day training, the participant learns how to deal with concerning workplace incidents. On the basis of many years of experience with concerning workplace incidents, we have developed a six-step approach for non-experts how to address situations like stalking, bullying, intimidation and harassment. The first day will be about the essentials of the six-step approach. The training consists of a lot of case work participants have to take issue with. The second day focusses on how to approach further investigations and interviewing skills.
