Inge Nijenhuis

Inge Nijenhuis received her MSc. in clinical psychology from Leiden University. Since 1998, she has been working in business. She held various directorial roles, including in business consultancy, project management and service management. In doing so, she gained a lot of international experience in the field of collaboration and stakeholder management. In 2018, she expanded her knowledge by training as a holistic coach.

Today, Nijenhuis works as a coach in a large organization. She is HR responsible for employees in leadership and management positions. Central to her work is the guidance and development of these employees. She also provides regular support and advice when employees have conflicts with each other. Nijenhuis, she is involved in other complex incidents, for example in cases of transgressive behavior and social insecurity. In terms of content, she focuses on developing leadership and professional responsibility.

In addition to her work for this organization, Nijenhuis has her own coaching and consulting practice. In that capacity, she works closely with Dantes Psychology. She provides coaching programs and offers psychological support and advice to people who have experienced serious conflict and transgressive behavior or threats. She provides this aftercare to both individuals and groups of employees. Nijenhuis also provides training courses and workshops on communication, leadership and management skills. She has a specific interest in developing guidance programs for employees who exhibit transgressive behavior, cause unsafe situations and have resistance to change.


Dieuwke van Putten - de Waard

Dieuwke van Putten – de Waard obtained her master’s degree (LLM) in European and International Law at Tilburg University. She then worked as a raio (judicial officer in training) at the District Court of Arnhem, where she opted for the sitting magistracy.

After her raio training, Van Putten worked for more than 13 years in various organizations as an advisory and litigation lawyer in education law and until 2018 at the National Service Center for the Judiciary, where she provided the boards of the various courts, courts of appeal and the Supreme Court with legal status advice and conducted proceedings in disputes these boards had with their own staff. Since 2017, Van Putten has served as a deputy judge in criminal law at the District Court of Amsterdam.

As of 2018, van Putten works as an independent lawyer within her company Altum legal advice and can count both employees and employers among her clientele in labor and education law. In addition to her own practice, van Putten collaborates with Dantes Psychology in complex cases and provides legal advice to clients arising from the psychologists’ consultation questions. She advises on investigations that have a legal element such as concurrence with an advisory committee. Where appropriate, she also reads research reports with them to review the legal implications, (other than employment law) of the research.


Jannie van der Sleen

Jannie van der Sleen received her MSc. in clinical psychology from the University of Groningen and then worked for 15 years as a behavioral science teacher at the Rechercheschool in Zutphen. There she taught in the field of report, witness and suspect interrogation, specializing in interrogations in vice cases and interrogations of minors.

Since 2002, Van der Sleen has been working independently within her company Kinterview (www.kinterview.com). Commissioned by the Police Academy, she supervises investigators who have to interrogate minors In addition, she provides education for various organizations regarding conducting interviews with vulnerable persons. She is head trainer of the Criminal Investigation Psychologist course at the RINO Group in Utrecht. Van der Sleen also acts as an expert in criminal investigations. She reports in such cases on the value of statements of declarants, witnesses and suspects.

In addition to her work for Kinterview, Van der Sleen works closely with Dantes Psychology. She assists in investigations of behavior of concern, especially in the assessment of the behavior and statements of minors and when minors need to be interviewed. She provides training regarding transgressive behavior within organizations.


Bram B. van der Meer

Bram B. van der Meer studied Criminology at the University of Pretoria, South Africa and earned an MSc. in Clinical-Forensic Psychology at Leiden University. He took specialized training with international investigative organizations in psychological offender profiling, threat analysis and interview technique. In 2011, he completed a postdoctoral training program as a criminal investigation psychologist.

Van der Meer has extensive experience in the psychological analysis of threat, stalking and other forms of troubling behavior occurring in the workplace. He has specific interest in the assessment of anonymous threats, and stalking of public figures. Together with the National Crime Faculty in the United Kingdom, he is currently engaged in a research project on anonymous threatsPrior to his work at Dantes Psychology, Van der Meer worked for more than ten years as a behavioral consultant at the national unit of the Dutch Police.

Van der Meer is a guest lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, where he teaches behavioral interviewing techniques. He also teaches psychological threat analysis at the Netherlands Police Academy. Van der Meer is a member of the editorial board of the American Psychological Association-accredited Journal of Threat Assessment and Management. He is the former president and current vice president of the Swiss-based Association of European Threat Assessment Professionals. Van der Meer is an internationally recognized threat assessment expert and is registered as such with the Association of European Threat Assessment Professionals.
