Power is inextricably linked to leadership, education and hierarchy. It affects not only how you make decisions, but also how others perceive you. How does your position of power affect your colleagues or students? How can you use power as a positive force without sacrificing respect, trust and social safety?
In this two-day training course, you will gain insight into the impact of power within hierarchical structures and learn to use your position consciously and effectively. Through a combination of reflection, interactive exercises and practical examples, you will discover how to create a working environment in which people feel safe and valued. You will practice with realistic situations under the guidance of an experienced actress.
